Bending the tube.

Hand formed 4130 chrome-moly tubing for the prototype X1 main chassis rails. With a bit of patience we can produce incredibly accurate curved tubes in low volume.

The mild steel mock-up chassis will be trashed and the chrome-moly chassis will replace it on the prototyping bench.
